Requirements
- Experience: 0.5+ years in affiliate marketing, ideally within Dating or Sweepstakes niches.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of traffic sources (e.g., push, pop-under, Facebook, SEO), payment models (CPC, CPA, CPL, CPI etc.), and affiliate program mechanics.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with metrics like ROI, LTV, CPA, CTR, CC Submit and others to evaluate performance.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in tracking platforms such as Affise, Voluum, Everflow, or similar tools.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage high-level partnerships.
- Proactive Mindset: A solution-driven approach with a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
- Language Skills: Upper-intermediate English (confident in written and verbal communication).
Key Responsibilities
- Publisher Acquisition: Identify and onboard new publishers while maintaining relationships with existing ones to scale traffic.
- Traffic Management: Collaborate with various traffic sources, including push notifications, pop-under ads, Facebook, UAC, and SEO, to ensure optimal performance.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV) and implement strategies to maximize results.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships through consistent communication and support.
- Fraud Prevention: Monitor traffic quality, identify suspicious activity, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Tool Expertise: Manage and optimize campaigns using Affise and proprietary platforms for tracking and analytics.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and innovative traffic solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
