Account Manager in Advertising agency

We are currently seeking an Account manager with a background in advertising or creative agencies to join our team. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to develop effective advertising strategies and campaigns that align with their business objectives
• Drive projects and coordinate campaign execution, meeting timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital and retail team) to develop comprehensive advertising plans and strategies for clients. 
• Establish budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses.
• Proactively address client needs, concerns, and feedback.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager with background in managing various projects, including digital, creative, and promotional campaigns.
• Experience and expertise in developing video and key visuals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, campaign success, and business growth.
• Proficient with MS office, Project management tool (JIRA), Online meeting tools (MS Teams, etc).
• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level and higher.
