Purpose of the position:

Expansion of the company's service and product sales in the Ukrainian market. Establishment of processes and a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Involvement of new partners from the Ukrainian market, including digital influencers and content creators;
  • Increasing the revenue of the current client portfolio and maintaining their loyalty;
  • Developing long-term relationships with key clients and media agencies;
  • Organizing and conducting industry events and activities to promote the company and attract new partners;
  • Monitoring and analyzing the market to identify new growth opportunities;
  • Participation in the development of marketing strategies for key brands and products in the local market.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years in media or media-related business in the Ukrainian market, a deep understanding of the media sphere, and a professional network.
  • Experience in negotiations at the C-level.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Negotiation and transaction skills.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • English language: B1 or higher.
  • Personal qualities: strategic thinking, proactivity, negotiation skills, being result-oriented, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Preferred skills or experience:

  • Understanding of the digital advertising market and experience with IT projects.
