Today, considering the development of the exhibition products market in Europe, we invite you to join the Head of Division for strategic activities in European markets.
Main responsibilities:
- Effective organization, planning and implementation of the activities with responsibility for its results;
- Organizing, developing and motivating internal and external teams;
- Maintaining commercial processes, continuous improvement and providing information to management personnel;
- Active participation in company projects related to development and expansion;
- Ensuring smooth interaction with all departments of the company (commerce, logistics, development, finance, etc.);
- Constant monitoring and analysis of trends on the exhibition market, utilizing and implementing trends.
Personal qualities:
- Strategic thinking;
- Leadership qualities;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills;
- Analytical abilities.
Requirements:
- Experience in successfully managing teams;
- Experience working with European corporate clients;
- Development and implementation of strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve targets and expand the client portfolio;
- You know how to train and unite teams;
- Higher education (management, commerce, economics)
- Good knowledge of English;
- Industry experience is welcomed.
