Evoplay is one of the leading iGaming providers, recognized for its innovative approach to game development and technological solutions. We are looking for a talented and hard-working colleague to join our team in the position of International Employment Lawyer.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of professional experience in employment field;
- Experience in employment in international jurisdictions will be a plus;
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills;
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently;
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and care in a final product;
- Law degree from a reputable institution; an international LL.M degree will be a plus;
- Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills in English (at least B2).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employment of people in foreign jurisdictions (mostly, Cyprus);
- Coordinating the criminal record certificate obtainment in different jurisdictions (mostly, Ukraine and Cyprus);
- Coordinating the work permit obtainment in Cyprus (including, communication with HR department, employees and service providers);
- Drafting different types of legal documents needed for the employment purpose (e.g. employment contracts, additional agreements, resignation letters);
- Performing legal research on different legal matters and preparing relevant reports.
