Marketing Specialist - BTL Aesthetics Ukraine

Key responsibilities:

Marketing support and execution

• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and plans in alignment with local and global objectives
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Support the sales team to ensure alignment of the sales objectives with marketing strategies
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities
• Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, events etc.)
• Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
• Coordinate with our sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives

Social media and content management

• Monitor social media performance and create strategies to improve it
• Running marketing campaigns across emails, search engines, social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and LinkedIn), and more – ensuring consistent brand messaging.

KOL and partner relations

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring after-sales support and care
• Marketing onboarding of customers to ensure the correct and ongoing use of company marketing tools

Event and material management

• Support the coordination of local events like workshops, exhibitions, and webinars
• Help manage the inventory, translation and distribution of marketing materials to ensure availability for local initiatives

What we expect from you:

• Ideally a university degree in a marketing-related field
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
• Experience in event management (from planning to execution) will be considered a plus
• Previous experience in the medical/pharma or beauty/aesthetics clinics industry is a huge advantage
• English level B2 or higher
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
