We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for the Baby & Childcare (BCC) category to support digital communication, online activities, and go-to-market projects for the brand across 14 countries: Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, and Serbia.


This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional and multinational teams, including digital and BTL agencies in each country, as well as UCE marketing and commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital communication plans to enhance brand awareness, trust, and loyalty across the UCE region.
  • Build and maintain a robust digital ecosystem, integrating communication effectively into the consumer journey.
  • Work closely with UCE media agencies to manage digital media placements according to the annual communication plan.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager and E-commerce team to drive 1st party data acquisition via digital channels.
  • Initiate, lead, and monitor innovative campaigns.
  • Assist in implementing go-to-market strategies in coordination with the Brand Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create creative assets for brand communication in media channels (e.g., search, social media, YouTube, brand.com).
  • Maintain and update brand websites across UCE markets.
  • Drive word-of-mouth through collaboration with bloggers and influencers, creating viral content and #challenges.
  • Manage consumer complaints on social media in collaboration with the Brand Manager and hotline agency.
  • Develop and implement review management strategies on comparison sites, forums, and key e-commerce platforms.
  • Support local customer initiatives with media content creation in collaboration with the Brand Manager and commercial teams.
  • Prepare reports with key metrics for UCE management and regional teams.
  • Manage budgets effectively, including allocation, PO creation, and tracking.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in strategic business and brand building, with excellent analytical, organizational, and innovation skills. This role requires the ability to work independently, build relationships with multiple stakeholders, and adapt to dynamic environments.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Marketing Skills: Proven ability to develop, budget, and execute digital marketing plans to grow brand awareness and market share. Experience with targeting, media planning, digital KPIs, Google Analytics, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Brand Building Skills: Deep understanding of classical branding principles and the ability to create effective media strategies based on consumer insights and trends.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage external partners and agencies across the UCE region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or an agency managing big FMCG brands.
  • English skills - Intermediate/Upper intermediate or higher.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment.
