Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead and manage our advertising campaigns across YouTube, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and digital marketing trends. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through paid social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media advertising strategies across YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Ad Creation: Lead the creation of engaging ad content, including video, graphics, and copy, that aligns with brand messaging and drives measurable results.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of social media campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and achieving KPIs.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports with actionable insights to optimize current and future campaigns.
• Audience Targeting: Conduct in-depth audience research to identify key demographics and optimize ad targeting for maximum impact.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, advertising features, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok advertising.
• Platform Expertise: Proficiency in advertising platforms, including YouTube Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Creative Skills: Strong ability to conceptualize and create compelling ad content, including video, visuals, and copywriting.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns and leading cross-functional teams.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
