Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in communications, creative, or digital agencies
- Higher education
- Ability to think creatively and generate ideas
- Experience in working with video editing software
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks
- Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian. English level at least Upper-Intermediate
- Understanding of targeting basics is a plus
Duties:
- Creating, adapting, and publishing content on the Association's social media pages, moderating social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Telegram)
- Collaborating with the design team to create visual content
- Developing creative concepts, shooting, and editing content for social media
- Coordinating video shoots and recordings, preparing video scripts, developing the YouTube channel and podcast
- Generating and implementing creative ideas
