About the company, we are a foreign agricultural group of companies our core business is pig and crop production. Our organization are today counting close to 150 employees that are looking for a candidate to Head our HR function. This role will play an important part in shaping, implementing, and maintaining our organization's values and corporate culture within the Company.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy
- Recruitment and adaptation of personnel
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports, ensure up to date employee records and recruitment files
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation
- Organisation of corporate events
- Internal and external communications (holiday greetings, informing people about organizational changes)
- Implementation of training, staff development and motivation programs
- Building and development of the company's brand on labour market to attract talents
- Implementation of HR analytics
- Maintaining a positive climate in the team, building trust through transparency and accountability
- Active participation in the development of the company (support and optimization of existing business processes)
Candidate profile:
- Experience as a junior/senior HR manager in medium sized organizations preferably in agribusiness
- The person is including when interacting with colleges, are organized and structured
- Solid theoretical background and understanding of how to improve work culture
- Can communicate efficiently at all levels in the organization
- Has IT skills and is experienced user of relevant MS programs
- Can communicate in English in verbal and written
- Has driving B - license and ability to visit our farms located in Kagarlyk (Kyiv region) and Korosten (Zytomyr region)
