PaySaxas is a fast-growing global FinTech company, focusing on B2B products and services. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a Targetolog/SMM to manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing targeted ad campaigns, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and enhancing engagement across our social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch and optimize Google, Meta and LinkedIn Ads campaigns;
  • Build and execute a strategy to drive social media growth and engagement;
  • Engage with the social media and moderate across chosen channels;
  • Collect feedback from social media and proposals for improvements;
  • Attract potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other communication methods;
  • Develop and improve lead generation strategies;
  • Collaborating with the sales team to hand over qualified leads.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for technical things, numbers, knowledge of technical trends in social networks;
  • Previous experience in building and developing social media channels (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn);
  • Deep understanding of social media tools;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Previous experience in lead generation;
  • English — at least Intermediate level.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with CRM systems;
