Requirements:
— 1+ years of experience as an SMM manager (IT industry experience is a plus)
— English proficiency at B1+ level
— Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies
— Experience managing and launching social media accounts, creating content strategies
— Ability to analyse SMM campaigns and adjust strategies for better results
— Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
— Flexible and adaptable to new projects and tasks
— Strong research and information organization skills
— Interest in niche industry trends and ability to engage in expert-level discussions
— Creative content promotion skills
— Basic knowledge of graphic design (composition, typography, color theory)
— Strong time management and prioritization skills
Bonus Skills:
— Understanding of the B2B market
— Familiarity with the IT and QA industries
— Experience with Figma
Responsibilities:
— Manage social media accounts for two projects: one existing and new one
— Develop and implement monthly content plans
— Strengthen the company’s brand presence on social media
— Run paid social media campaigns and track their performance
— Collaborate with the marketing team (designers, copywriters) and other departments for cross-channel campaigns
— Stay updated on social media and industry-specific trends
— Prepare detailed performance reports
