We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help employees with technical issues, keep systems organized and up to date, and make sure everyone can work efficiently without interruptions.
What you will do:
- Provide daily support to employees with IT-related issues (software, internet connection, email, system access, etc.)
- Help users connect to internal systems and tools, including VPN and online meeting platforms
- Set up, update, and remove user access to systems, folders, and mailboxes (together with HR)
- Explain and guide employees on how to use systems and tools in a simple and clear way
- Deliver basic training sessions for new and existing employees
- Prepare easy-to-follow guides, instructions, and short training materials
- Keep system information accurate and up to date (users, tasks, access rights, etc.)
- Create and update records, tasks, and system entries as requested
- Make sure employees are informed about their tasks and system updates
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (granting or removing access, updating systems)
- Help check and correct small data issues in the system
- Assist with testing system updates before they are introduced to users
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on system usage and activities
- Help improve internal processes by suggesting simple and practical solutions
- Collect feedback from users and share ideas for system improvements
- Monitor company domains and make sure renewals are completed on time
- Keep track of IT-related assets, tools, and licenses
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role
- Good understanding of basic IT topics such as user access, networks, and common tools
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to solve problems quickly and independently
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive and helpful attitude
Nice to have:
- Experience working with internal systems or databases
- Experience creating guides or training materials
- Experience supporting remote teams
