Technical Support Specialist (English)
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in English and assist in resolving technical issues related to the company's products.
- Collaborate with the company's development team to address customer concerns.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (upper intermediate level or higher).
- Experienced PC user.
- Friendly and customer-oriented.
- Technical background.
- Desire to develop in the field of customer service.
- Prior experience in support, call centers, customer service, etc. is a plus.
