Our partner SOFTSWISS, a global leader in iGaming software, has its headquarters in Georgia, Malta, and Poland, with the team operating remotely from 12 other countries. With an official presence and gaming licences in multiple jurisdictions, we lead the industry in software solutions development, offering products like the Online Casino Platform, Game Aggregator, Sports Betting Platform, Affiliate Marketing Platform, and the BGaming brand. We follow and shape iGaming trends, receiving many awards and recognition for our projects.
Now we are looking for an experienced Head of VIP to join our team. You'll have an opportunity to build your own team and approach to the segment.
Work conditions: hybrid or remote, with business trips to countries where the company is operating.
Responsibilities:
Creating and improving the service for VIP customer;
Building matrix to optimize VIP value and retention;
Development of a new marketing strategy for VIP customers according to the market’s changing;
Monitoring the quality of our VIP service;
Analytics and creation of a unique VIP customers segmentation if needed;
Managing a team of VIP experts;
Recruiting, training and development of Staff — nurturing an environment where they can excel;
Development of motivation staff system;
Drawing key insights from analytics;
Providing reporting on implemented improvements;
Working closely with other departments;
Analysing and reporting on VIP activity;
Providing weekly and monthly reporting.
Requirements:
3–5 years at least in online casino or betting;
Fluent in English;
Understanding of best market practices in the field;
Communication, collaboration, business sense, leadership.
