About Client:
Our client is a marketing agency specializing in providing outsourced and outstaff marketing services for iGaming products across the African continent.
REQUIREMENTS:
— 1-2 years of experience as a project manager in a QA or similar role.
— English - minimum B2.
— Strong leadership and communication skills.
— Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably YouTrack.
— Ability to manage and motivate a remote team.
— Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
— Proficiency in generating and maintaining reports.
— Minimum bachelor’s degree. Preferably in the information technology field.
WILL BE A PLUS:
— Experience working with QA, Product, and Marketing teams.
— Previous experience in Support.
Responsibilities:
— Daily Interaction: Communicate and coordinate with testers on a daily basis to ensure smooth workflow and task allocation.
— Supervision and Review: Supervise and review the work of the testers to ensure it meets our quality standards.
— Task Assignment: Assign tasks to testers and provide clear instructions and expectations for each job.
— Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of testers, offering guidance and support to help them successfully execute their tasks.
— Execution Assistance: Assist testers in the execution of their tasks, providing hands-on support when necessary.
— Reporting: Generate and maintain reports based on basic checklists for various locales. Ensure all reporting is accurate and submitted on time.
— Task Management: Use our CRM system to set and manage tasks, ensuring all activities are documented and tracked appropriately.
