Lead Access Manager

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Access Management or a related field;
• Proven ability to ensure effective and secure access management across an ecosystem through successful team leadership;
• Experience in implementing optimized processes and achieving high levels of performance and compliance with standards;
• Strong skills in standardizing documentation and instructions, and providing support in the creation and implementation of naming conventions;
• Demonstrated expertise in auditing and improving Access Management processes, with the ability to implement tools to detect security policy violations;
• Proven experience in establishing Tier-based support structures within an Access Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and coordinate the access management team, ensuring effective task distribution and high productivity. Build a Tier-based team with functional separation;
• Team Development: Identify team needs and ecosystem directions, strategize based on best practices, provide training and development opportunities for team members, and conduct regular performance assessments and feedback sessions;
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement access management strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring adherence to security standards;
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing access management processes to enhance efficiency and security;
• Communication: Maintain effective communication within the team and with other departments to ensure alignment and prompt issue resolution;
• Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal organizational policies regarding access management;
• Service and Access Inventory: Conduct an inventory of services used within the ecosystem, eliminate duplicates, and optimize the pool of services. Audit services, roles, users, and access levels;
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on team activities and the status of access management to leadership.
