BetterMe Store wants to deliver our products to customers as smoothly as possible. That’s why we’re looking for a skilled supply chain manager to oversee logistics and distribution.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Collaborating with departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics service providers;
- Maintain the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production;
- Monitoring performance of suppliers by assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements;
- Identifying optimal shipment and transportation routes;
- Ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries;
- Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and standards governing supply chain activities;
- Foster growth-friendly supply chain practices;
- Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field;
- 3+ require as global supply chain manager;
- English level - Upper Intermediate;
- Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items;
- Understanding of accounting or finance;
- Must be able to comprehend legal documents;
- Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Understanding of distribution and logistics;
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software;
- Insight into economic conditions and market dynamics;
- Interest in innovative technologies, such as automation software;
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and distributors;
- Comfort with leading and training employees.
