Our client, one of the world leaders in the manufacture of electronics and home appliances, opens a competition for a vacancy of SCM Part Leader.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordination and Management of SCM team
- Contracts management (certification and consignment agreements)
- Payment schedule management (update status with all partners regarding payment details for all
products, collect PI and manage payment file)
- PI management (collecting and reporting signed PI status for all products)
- Payment left balance management (communication with all partners regarding left prepayment)
- Deposit payments management (collect monthly payment, allocate weekly shipments and
communicate for daily payments: early payment request and due date payment communication)
- BWH operation management: BDM, Unit damages, daily stock check and reporting of comparison:
GERP vs BTL report
- Logistics operation enhancement: improving of operation procedures
- DA Team workload management and coaching
- Recruiting of new members, taking part in selection process
- Conducting of annual/ semi-annual evaluation of subordinates
- Accruals/cost compensation management (Certification and BWH operations accruals, cost
compensation request)
- AC logistics support
- General SCM issues (customs, BWH, partners)
- Back-up for Demand Analysts during their absence.
Requirements to the candidates:
- Bachelor degree in economics/ SCM/ Foreign economic activity
- Knowledge and understanding of Supply chain management
- Experience from 5 years on the relevant position
- English language: not less than upper-intermediate spoken and written
- Knowledge of operating Excel over Upper Intermediate
- Positive, proactive, good team player, result oriented, logical thinking, stress-resistant.
