- As the only recruiter left in the team kept the ground and managed 80+ positions for 4 months until the team was rebuilt. /I was approached several times by competitors who were trying to pouch the last recruiter and damage the business while it was in transition/

- Successfully filled 79 high level complexity requisitions across EMEA in 2021-22 Fiscal Year.

- Identified the profile for the sales role which led to $30mln revenue generation in the EMEA region in 2018

- 4 out of top 5 top sales perfomers were hired by me based on the profile above

- consistent delivery year-by-year with 50-100 high complexity roles filled

- minimized the agency usage to 8% of the enitire hiring as per hiring plan

- led hiring in the DACH region

- opened a new location in Eastern Europe with 20 heads hired together with the VP of Eastern Europe

-hired top Director positions for the DACH region which was replicated in UK/other EMEA regions.

- As the second recruiter joining in a sourcer position the in-house team led the EMEA recruitment campaign together with Graham Thompson. Filled 120 position in 2 Qs with the team of 3.

- Was prompoted to the 360 recruiter position and took ownership of DACH/Eastern Europe

- First Year filled the target GBP120k - region Eastern Europe/DACH

- Second Year GBP80k

- Succefful handling 2-5 flights concurrently at Heathrow Airport with over 500-3000 passengers.

- Assisted the Customs Office in catching a Bulgarian drug emule who tried smuggling 1kg of cocaine from Colombia to France via London Heathrow

Responsibilities:

- Creating baggage claims F2F and via phone/email

- Handling lost and misshiped baggage claims

- Tracking lost and missing baggage via WorldTracer system.

- Cash allowances to passenders with lost/misshipped baggage

- Working with couriers to deliver their luggage

- Planning routes for baggage delivery

• As the sourcer filled three positions with Sabic, GE Money and GE Shared Services with totalling in $50k
• Together with the team of 5 started a recruitment campaign for GE Oil & Gas 150 roles and hired 30% capacity before the company went into liquidation.

- Self-learned www.WorldTracer.com and was promoted to Customer Service Agent with access to duty free zone.

- Obtained government security clearance with access to all 4 Termninals in Heathrow airport/while T5 was still built/
