- Conducting annual & tactical negotiations with national store chains,

- conflict situations solving on the national level

- Contracts signing and control of the agreements execution,

- Planning and control of the sales volumes achievement,

- Planning and analysis of the trade-marketing activities,

- Day-to-day work with client: pricing, listing, etc.,

- Control of the agreements execution quality with clients by filed sales,

- Control the cooperation conditions execution quality by distributor and clients,

- Market and competitors analytics,

- Reporting, necessary documents preparation for the current period

- Conducting detailed analyses of trends (brand share, pricing, category sales, competitive products, and promotional activity) .

- Organizing and providing effective management of subordinates in accordance with procedures and policies.

- Using all available opportunities to develop subordinates in accordance to the individual development plans; motivate and control them.
