OPPO Authorized exclusive distributor in Ukraine. OPPO is in TOP-5 world's most popular smartphone players.

Managing of marketing department including brand development, pr, digital, media advertising, special projects for OPPO brand growth and company's products: smartphones, IoT in Ukraine.

Formed the marketing department from scratch as well. Marketing management includes co-marketing department, PR department, creative and design, smm and digital, as well as a number of external contracting agencies to fulfill the company's marketing goals - advertising and creative agencies, influencer marketing agencies, PR agency.

The last phase was the creation of e-commerce project in 2021 including website development, sales, website operation and communication strategy, CRM and customer relations.

The marketing department works in an automated and structural way, through a system for setting and monitoring tasks. The department also works within the framework of annual targets - KPIs - both at the local level and at the global level.

Launched ATL activities - outdoor advertising, advertising in the metro, advertising in the store and in the shopping and entertainment center.

Implemented several brand integrations in working with opinion leaders, bloggers, celebrities.

Also was responsible for PR operations supervision, goals and KPIs in PR.

All above was also defined by designed annual budget by me and agreed with head office and local CEO.

Department efficiency: personal one-on-one meetings with each employee with feedback and expectations, a monthly KPI system and motivation.
