Responsibilities:

- Grow the shareholder value of the business via ensuring proper talents on proper positions in proper time

- Own the HR Strategy, provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of the team structure, available set of skills on all relevant levels, dealing with multinational cultural aspects of the organization.

- Develop credibility for the HR group by assisting the CEO and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities.

- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.

- Enhance and develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company.

- Align culture in Vituozzo worldwide organization, assure utmost smooth collaboration between different geo’s and culture.

- Lead Virtuozzo global HR team.

- Act as a people strategist, provide strategic input to the Leadership Team by anticipating business needs, resources, competencies and people for the long-term success and growth of the organization. Collaborate with the major stakeholders on succession planning, conduct people risk assessments enabling the organizational changes to land successfully.

- Provide insights and guidance to the business regarding the organizational health of the business metrics, such as attrition, retention, diversity, compliance, etc.

- Work in partnership with other teams on key HR areas/projects that are critical for the business, such as compensation ranges and benefits for expansion and M&A projects.

- Coach Senior Leaders within the business to ensure they exhibit the Leadership principles, lead by example and reinforce Virtuozzo culture.

- Support and drive Leadership initiatives to advance business effectiveness.
