Requirements:
- Experience as a corporate trainer/product trainer in contact centers, call centers, customer support services
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies (e.g., Kolb’s cycle).
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Experience with modern learning technologies and platforms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of group dynamics principles.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian at a native level.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to quickly learn new features and integrate them into training programs.
- Excellent presentation and training session skills.
- Adaptability in adjusting teaching styles for different audiences.
- Analytical skills to assess training data and formulate improvement recommendations.
- Effective collaboration skills with colleagues.
- Ability to motivate and inspire training participants.
- Critical thinking and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Training and supporting new employees through all stages of theoretical training in accordance with current standards.
- Reviewing, creating, editing, translating, and maintaining up-to-date training materials.
- Modifying the training process as needed, based on current requirements, in coordination with the manager.
- Providing detailed feedback to the Team Lead regarding trainees.
- Designing and conducting certification assessments.
- Conducting product webinars for employees across all departments.
- Timely updates and improvement of training programs.
- Performing ongoing analysis of the reasons for employee turnover during training and proposing retention measures.
- Collaborating with department heads to gather feedback on training programs and the quality of specialist preparation for work.
