About the role
Our Learning Programs Manager involves managing employee training requests and coordinating training programs, ensuring cost-effective solutions. The manager will also collaborate with the Head of L&D to select and implement strategies across the holding.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- At least 2 years of experience in Learning and Development in large organizations.
- Experience in preparing internal reports for HR Directors and other stakeholders.
- Experience in developing policies and procedures in the field of employee training and development.
- Experience in managing training requests from employees.
- Knowledge of the L&D services market and providers in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training policies and procedures.
- Administer the Learning and Development section in the knowledge base.
- Manage employee training requests via Jira, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Identify and negotiate with training service providers.
- Collaborate with the Head of L&D to assess and select training solutions for the entire holding.
- Coordinate internal training programs, including scheduling and workshops.
- Track and evaluate training program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on projects, tasks, and budgets for L&D and HR leadership.
