Zade is a startup accelerator focused on empowering early-stage startups to launch and scale their businesses while minimizing risks. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us connect with the right partners to drive growth and success.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Research potential clients that match our ideal customer profile and create targeted lead lists for focus markets and campaigns.
  • Initiate and facilitate communication between qualified leads and the engagement team.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified leads.
  • Develop creative strategies to engage potential clients and explore new outreach channels.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic knowledge of the startup ecosystem or prior experience in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools.

Interview Process
