Zade is a startup accelerator focused on empowering early-stage startups to launch and scale their businesses while minimizing risks. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help us connect with the right partners to drive growth and success.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Research potential clients that match our ideal customer profile and create targeted lead lists for focus markets and campaigns.
- Initiate and facilitate communication between qualified leads and the engagement team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified leads.
- Develop creative strategies to engage potential clients and explore new outreach channels.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic knowledge of the startup ecosystem or prior experience in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools.
