Training Lead to the Centre of excellence in procurement (CEP) at KSE

Your responsibilities will be:

• development of Annual Training Plan & Training Calendar;

• coordination, implementation and organizational support of educational or training programs/ products/ projects;

• monitoring and reporting on projects’ progress (to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions);

• scouting, attracting and communication with the trainers;

• development of contracts with trainers and ensuring trainings follow the requirements;

• preparation of the educational/ training materials;

• supervision and control of the study process, including managing training coordinators;

•  development, management and enhancement of a Center` brand, positioning, standards and visual outlook;

• drive of profitable sales, brand growth, and loyalty, total care for the students and Alumni;

• ensuring the presence of the intellectual products generated by the Center in the media, social media and relevant public events and experts’ discussions;

• implementation and management of change when necessary to meet project outputs;

• other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

You are the perfect candidate if you have: 

• 3 + years of experience in procurement or training;

• upper intermediate level of English;

• team management experience;

• strong organizational and multitasking skills;

• advanced communication and problem-solving skills;

• high level of attention to detail;

• flexibility and empathy.
