Mergewave Capital as part of Solus Groupis a dynamic and rapidly growing M&A brokerage investment company specializing in the IT / Tech industry. We pride ourselves on our dedication to delivering top-notch services to our clients, and we are currently seeking a Assistant for our Co-Founder to join our team.
Our requirements:
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in creating and managing spreadsheets, conducting data analysis.
- B2 level of English.
- Ideally, a basic understanding of finance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of commitment and determination.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collecting databases, compiling spreadsheets.
- Analyzing companies and conducting information researches.
- Monitoring email, managing communications, keeping track of the calendar, providing reminders about events and actions needed.
- Gathering information, creating reports, presentations, and sharing them as needed.
- Preparing company presentations, including public-facing presentations for speaking engagements.
