Responsibilities:
- Maintain HRIS database, employee self-service portals and reporting tools (Microsoft Office 365, Bamboo HR, QBO)
- Launch and edit reports using various software tools; Bamboo HR, Absorb learning management systems, SharePoint, etc.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to optimize HRIS processes and workflows
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation including user manuals, system procedures and training materials
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in the planning and implementation of HRIS related projects including migrations, upgrades, and system integration with other corporate systems
- Adhere to privacy and data security standards when handling sensitive HR information
Requirements:
- Knowledge of database management techniques and data analysis methods
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Effective communication skills, ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of proficiency in excel
- Conversational English
