A company that provides outsourcing services for American partners requires a Reporting analyst. Field of activity: real estate (timeshare property). Working as part of the Reporting Team.
Role Description:
- Preparation of Management reports (weekly reporting)
- Raw data checking up with other sources/cleaning it up
- Consolidating data from different reports
- Monthly Closure process (reconciliation with accounting team)
- Updating company’s quarterly/yearly Forecasts (Rental revenue section)
- Preparing ad-hoc analytical reports/presentations at the request of internal users
- Identifying issues at every step of the process and addressing them proactively and timely
Main requirements:
- Higher Economic/Financial Education
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Profound/Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Formatting, Complex Formulas). Power Query would be considered a plus
- Ability to read and understand financial data/metrics
- Good command of English (both verbal and written)
- Flexibility to adjust working hours to match the demand and to meet deadlines
