Aionys is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team. We’re a software development company that creates a friendly environment, free from bureaucracy and from old boring rules. We are growing, so grow with us
Responsibilities:
- Generate warm leads through emails and social media. No cold calling
- Research different social networks, groups, forums and other sources to identify points of interests of our target audience
- Maintain and expand your database of potential clients
- Help plan and perform email and social media outreach campaigns
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Participate actively in team meetings, generate ideas, take initiative and responsibility
- Work within our CRM to drive a data driven sales engine. We’ll tell you how ;)
- Understand who’re our ideal clients, their needs and requirements
- Develop and guide relationships with prospects in order to create mutually beneficial opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong English is a MUST
- Developed analytical skills
- Tendency towards problem identification and objection resolution skills
- Should be an optimistic person who’s comfortable with uncertainty
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills
IMPORTANT: We expect to get a cover letter in English.
Nice to have:
- Work experience with any CRM and other Sales/Marketing process automation tools
- Understanding of Sales or Marketing pipelines
