Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and administering benefits.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that reflect our company's culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues, addressing workplace concerns, and providing support and guidance on HR policies.
- Organize team-building activities, company events, and recognition programs to boost morale and maintain a healthy work environment.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, contributing to decision-making on workforce planning and organizational development.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, with experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of HR and recruitment functions.
- Successful experience in building/optimizing/adapting HR processes (onboarding, performance management, training and development).
- Passion for the esports, gaming industry will be a plus.
