POSITION:  Technical Writer 

LOCATION:  Remote

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in both spoken and written English (B2+)
• Proficiency in MS Word.
• General understanding of software development and lifecycle.
• Interest in technology and the internet.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writes and edits technical documents including reference manuals and product manuals.
• Writes and edits procedural documentation such as user guides and manuals.
• Meets with engineers, programmers, and project managers to learn about specific products or processes.
• Researches product samples to fully understand product.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience using Atlassian tools (such as Confluence and Jira).
