POSITION: Technical Writer
LOCATION: Remote
Requirements:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (B2+ level)
- Proficient in MS Word
- Able to format documents according to the company’s style guide
- Strong research and analytical skills for gathering information related to assigned tasks
- Basic understanding of SDLC
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit technical documents, including user guides, product manuals, functionality descriptions, release notes, and quick installation guides
- Create and maintain articles for the internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team to develop consistent UI terminology and notification messages
- Produce how-to videos for end users
- Develop PowerPoint presentations on products and processes
- Assist in enhancing website content
- Participate in team meetings to gain insights into products and processes
- Conduct research and analysis of sample documents before starting any documentation work
- Perform other related tasks as needed
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in writing technical documentation or knowledge base articles
- Experience in creating how-to videos
- Knowledge of Visio for creating flowcharts and diagrams
