— Experience in IT project management 4+ years
— Experience in eCommerce development is a must 2+ years
— Experience in eCommerce projects is a must (Magento) 2+ years
— Strong understanding of systems and Web development process. Able to understand technical terms and system design considerations
— SDLC would be a plus
— Strong planning and time management skills
— Upper-Intermediate or Fluent written and spoken English
— Requirement analysis, BA background would be a plus
— Ability to produce and manage project documentation (project plan, SOW, changes, and risk management charts, project progress reports)
— Resource management
— Experience with both Waterfall and Agile frameworks
— Perform requirements analysis, define, manage and resolve requirements gap issues
— Work with the stakeholders and developers to determine work estimates and resource requirements to create a detailed project plan
— Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and forecasts, project resource plans, and status reports
