- Is an expert in various approaches to project management Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Safe, Waterfall.
- Someone who uses a data driven approach to decision making.
- Has experience in managing a project portfolio.
- Have experience working with freelancers
- Strong in crisis management.
- Had experience in Marketing, Product/Dev, Finance.
- Speaks English at the Intermediate to Upper level.
We need an Operational Manager for:
- Managing the company's project portfolio.
- Responsibility for achieving the company's financial goals (according to Net Margin, Net Income metrics).
- Managing business and service units.
- Creating and adjusting bonus systems for teams and employees.
- Facilitating meetings at the manager level.
- Managing company goals (setting, monitoring implementation).
- Monitoring the achievement of company goals in Jira, Power BI systems.
- Constant monitoring of the company's efficiency and cost optimization.
- Optimization, automation of company processes, elimination of bottlenecks in processes.
- Coaching and mentoring of company managers.
- Holding synchronised meetings at the manager level.
- Responsibility for the implementation of the company's growth strategy.
- Control of project budgets (coordination, cost control).
- Risk management in the company.
- Work with the E-commerce direction.
