As a Lead Generation, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support our business growth. Your main focus will be on reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and creating promo chats for our business development team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels (online research, social media, LinkedIn);
- Conduct outreach via email, and social media to engage potential clients;
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to assess their suitability;
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate information;
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads;
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools;
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
