Role Overview:
We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, expectations are exceeded, and satisfaction remains high. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about fostering client relationships, managing project deliverables, and aligning client needs with our QA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and our QA teams, ensuring clear communication and a strong understanding of project objectives and client requirements.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, working to understand their needs, anticipate challenges, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating with QA teams to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards upheld.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review project progress, gather feedback, and offer insights on how QA Factory’s services can continuously add value.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify potential service enhancements and ensure that client needs are always prioritized.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles, ideally within the tech or QA industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and sustaining client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to client needs and find solutions to challenges.
  • English level B2 or higher.
