We are looking for a Partner Account Manager. If you have a strong command of Spanish (B2+ or higher) and at least one year of experience working directly with clients, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

In this role, you will
- Manage 20 LatAm Partners with the goal of building long-term relationships and growing their business
- Onboard new Partners
- Conduct regular analytics and communicate insights to Partners in a timely manner
- Collect, analyze, prioritize, and share feedback from Partners
- Collaborate with support and product teams to solve any issues partners encounter
- Communicate company updates to Partners
- Gather insights from Partners about industry trends being implemented in the market
It’s all about you
- Proficiency in Spanish (B2+) and English (B2+)
- 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role
- 1+ year of experience in account management or customer success (preferred)
- Analytical thinker with a results-driven approach
- Strong client focus with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Would be a plus
- Experience with the LatAm market
- Familiarity with various CRM tools
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau or Amplitude
