What the key requirements are for this positon:
- minimum of 1 year of proven experience working as an Account Manager or in a similar role;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
- You are comfortable using various digital tools such as Google Docs, Calendar, Zoom, etc.
- You have strong organisational skills that allow you to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What will be some of your responsibilities:
- Meet high standards in communication with clients by being easily available and providing care and offering speedy effective solutions;
- Do administrative tasks, such as arranging classes for clients, collecting feedback, providing clients with quaterly reports, using Savvy’s dashboard etc.
- Keep customers happy and customer retention high.
