We are a photography and creative production agency looking to expand our team. We're seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our social media accounts, create engaging content, and help grow our online presence. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and post content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with our brand and goals
- Create visually compelling and creative content (images, videos, reels, etc.)
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and foster community interaction
- Track and analyze performance metrics, adjust strategy based on results
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Proficient in content creation tools (eg, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing apps)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Interest in photography, fashion, or creative production is a plus
- Lead generation and sales experience is a bonus
