Truck Dispatcher (USA)

Remote work
Responsibilities:
Dispatch and coordinate a fleet of trucks PO, Van, Reefer.
Negotiate Best Paying Rates. Secure competitive rates per mile
Carrier Packet Setup.
Prioritize driver well-being by providing consistent home time, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Knoledge of driver hours.
Utilize load boards such as DAT.com Truckstop
Offer support to drivers during pickups, drop-offs, and loading/unloading operations, ensuring their needs are met.
Skillfully negotiate TONUs, Layovers, and Detention charges to optimize carrier revenue.
Credit checks
Complete contracts
Maintain professionalism and positive relationships with brokers, drivers, and consignees, playing a pivotal role in fostering successful partnerships.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dispatch
Extensive knowledge of a variety of equipment types, including PO (Power Only) and (V) Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed.
Knowledge of US freight market
Familiarity with load boards such as DAT.com,
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and optimize operations accordingly.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using technology and computer systems related to dispatch and logistics operations. English level upper intermediate or fluent.
Remote work
We offer commisin based salary 1.5% from load.
