Sargent Logistics is American transportation and logistics company with a head office based in Chicago, IL. Our company provides transportation services throughout the US, with target markets in Washington, Oregon, California (South and North), the Midwest and East Coast.
We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team in the Kyiv office.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in fleet management (truck repairs and inspections) in US market logisitics;
- Extreme focus on organization and time management;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team;
- Ability to work and multitask in fast paced environment;
- Basic understanding of the trucks and logistics specifics;
- Strong problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles;
- Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed;
- Equipment maintenance and repairs;
- Tracking and documenting all the maintenance activities.
Employment conditions :
- Office work at the Kyiv city center. Remote isn’t considered;
- Afternoon schedule: 15:00 — 00:00, Monday through Friday;
