Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the web development industry as a Lead Generation Specialist or Sales Development Representative, particularly within outsourcing environments
  • Proficiency with tools such as Notion, LH2, Snov.io, and others
  • Demonstrated familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Quora
  • Advanced proficiency in conducting effective searches and crafting persuasive written content
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs, driven by a commitment to results
  • Strong research acumen, analytical capabilities, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Scouting for potential projects and partnerships on platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and others
  • Analyzing IT job descriptions on company websites and online marketplaces
  • Identifying and vetting leads through targeted messaging and email outreach
  • Delivering compelling company introductions during initial correspondence
  • Regularly following up with leads and arranging introductory calls with our JavaScript developers
