POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (Hunter) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence. As a Sales Manager (Hunter), you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative products and solutions to potential customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target new clients and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Presentation: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring successful negotiations and contract agreements.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the tech or telecommunication solutions industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required;
