Project Manager

The Role
- Be the primary point of contact with clients – from responding to incoming inquiries to nurturing ongoing long-term partnerships and ensuring day-to-day client liaison;
- Handle the process – our designers are independent and conscious, but your mission is to brief them on clients’ requirements relaying any ideas and suggestions, and make their work as smooth as possible (and yet still follow clients’ requests and deadlines);
- Utilize essential tools such as Slack, Spark, Notion, Zoom, Figma, and others to streamline project management;
- Manage agreements, billing, and reports;
After the probation, you'll oversee projects from initial inquiry to client delivery.
Requirements
Must-haves
- Experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency (minimum 1 years);
- Basic knowledge of the sports industry and current trends;
- Perfect oral and written skills in Ukrainian and advanced English (C1);
- Experience of 1+ year in a client-facing communication role (preferably in related fields);
- Strong communication skills to comprehend client objectives, effectively communicate project briefs, and articulate and advocate for design concepts to stakeholders at various organizational levels;
- Strong desire and ability to make processes organized and comfortable for all the parties involved through maintaining structured and clear communication.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take the initiative;
- Quick learning aptitude for adapting to new domains and products;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
A high level of attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello;
- Experience with Notion;
Basic knowledge of Chat GPT.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling based on your or our time zones;
- A 3-month probationary period;
- Salary based on interview results and extras based on performance;
- Paid vacation (22 business days + holidays);
- Fully remote work or a hybrid setup
