Job Opportunity: Client Relations Associate for Global Fertility Network
We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual from Ukraine to join our global fertility network. Our mission is to help couples worldwide achieve their dream of parenthood by connecting them with top fertility clinics, including those offering IVF treatment and surrogacy services.
Base Salary: $600 per month.
Performance Bonuses: Earn additional performance–based bonuses based on productivity and clinic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to fertility clinics worldwide to establish relationships and share information about our network.
- Contact potential clients, providing them with essential details about fertility processes such as IVF treatment and surrogacy, while answering any initial inquiries.
- Collaborate with clinics and partners to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
- Maintain and update records of clients and clinics in our system to ensure all information is accurate and up–to–date.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to facilitate clear communication with international clients.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and information.
- A customer–service mindset with excellent problem–solving skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent experience and skills will be considered. If you haven’t completed your higher education yet but have a strong desire to work, kindly apply.
Preferred Skills:
- At least one year of experience in digital sales (phone sales) or customer service (B2B and B2C).
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Understanding of how CRM systems work.
