International company based in Germany, managing an established international B2B brand and a newly launched B2C brand, is looking for a talented Brand & Marketing Manager with strategic thinking and experience.
What you will do:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
Coordinate various marketing channels and activities.
Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Collaborate with distributors and partners to support co-marketing opportunities, ensuring a cohesive brand image and tone of voice.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and analytics.
Plan and organize exhibitions and brand representation events.
Observe marketing-relevant aspects of the product assortment and its presentation, as well as monitor the launch of new products.
Manage relationships with influencers and key brand ambassadors.
Requirements:
Fluent English language skills.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management and/or marketing, preferably in the B2B sector.
Marketing, Business or Communications degree or related experience.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in evaluating marketing metrics, campaign analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and awareness of the latest marketing trends, techniques, and tools.
Proven experience and skills in team coordination.
