Диспетчер у Варшаву зі знанням англійської (Польща, Customer service, Booking)

Responsibilities:

• Searching and routing the best fitting loads for vehicles in your responsibility
• Working closely with drivers to coordinate equipment and freight to maintain maximum productivity and efficiency
• Plan and organize delivery and pick up per driver
• Provide assurances that freight is dispatched and delivered on time
• Manage 70-150 calls per day
• Assist in expediting any problematic shipments that are late, missing, troubleshooting with customs clearances if necessary and so on. Notifying clients of any delays if encountered.

Must have following skills and requirements:

• Dispatcher Experience with Hot Shot Freight/ Expedite/ Track&Trace/Customer Service/Sales is a great plus
• Microsoft Office skills
• Strong typing skills
• *Highly organized and DETAIL ORIENTED *
• Able to provide superior, timely customer service
• Must have a «sense of urgency» attitude
• Ability to use web-based dispatch system and maintain current status (live dispatch)

Required language:

• (!) English+Ukrainian+Russian

Schedule:

• Main Shift is M-F 1400-0000 (occasional weekend/night duty is possible once a month)or
• Evening Shift M-F 19:00-04:00
