Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the physical infrastructure and engineering systems across 1 country office, 3 field offices, and 2 satellite offices, with a focus on ensuring that all workspaces are functional, safe, inclusive, and conducive to employee productivity.

• Space management, including seating plan updates and premises renovations.

• Assessment of facilities and engineering systems in places of detention.
• Implementation of projects aimed at increasing the resilience of facilities and engineering systems in places of detention, as well as improving living conditions for people deprived of their liberty.

• Manage the maintenance team (HVAC Engineer, Clean Utilities Engineer, Mechatronics Specialist) and outsourced companies for system operation, service, and maintenance.
• Implement capital investment projects for the systems under my responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Managing part of the project (glue kitchen, press commissioning, etc.) of production equipment installation for OSB Plant extension (Kronospan) in the city of Novovolynsk.

Managing project of installation ammonia cooling equipment (refrigeration capacity of 8 MW) at the new poultry plant in the city of Nikopol.
